This visit - My oil was changed but my tires were not checked because they were still low when I checked them the next day. The car was supposed to be checked for problems as part of this service visit b checked because they were still low when I checked them the next day. The car was supposed to be checked for problems as part of this service visit but I was only in the waiting room for 25 minutes after check-in before I was told my car was ready. I was told the car was checked but was the car really checked when the tires weren't ? Additionally, parts were to be ordered after my service visit for an engine warning light on January 31st but it's June and I've heard nothing. Maybe the parts are on backorder but there have been no updates, not even to let me know they were on back order. I asked about this during check-in for the oil change but instead of checking status, I was told they are probably on backorder. The engine warning light has since gone out on it's own so I did comment that I probably wouldn't have the work done now but the service rep told me that if the light comes on after my warranty expires the end of this year, the expense for the repair would no longer be covered. That said, I guess I have to have the work done so what happens if these parts are not in by the end of the year ? More

My salesman Joe was very helpful except for one thing which he could not resolve. I purchased a 41900 car with 6 minor scratches all together on the lower driver side door. Quite frankly I thought this should have been taken care of and very trivial of Cadillac dealership for not taking care of it. More
