Steve and his crew did a good job once I brought the car in. I am still disappointed in the fact that in 29k miles I have had 3 batteries. Went in for an oil change with an appointment and it took over an hour! Then when we got in the car they hadn’t even filled the washer fluid. Shouldn’t that be part of their “multi-point” inspection?
