Just had an oil change on my vehicle && it was a little pricey•(if that's a word), but well worth it..For me, it's always QUALITY over QUANTITY...The wait wasn't long either, so..👍 for GREAT SERVICE...ie...the employees were very pleasant also..

"Mostly good, however frustrating because of our situation."

Frustrating because we were traveling from NH to FL and car started having problems in SC. Arrived on a Saturday (bad because of no service men at work). Stayed two nights at a motel and went back on Monday morning. We were told our car needed a new transmission. However, the garage could not get a new transmission for a month or more because of back orders. Not a good sign for Chrysler. Our choices were either to rent a car, continue on to FL, and go back to pick up our car after it was fixed, or trade it for a new car. We decided to trade it. The employees were all polite and accommodating. We did have a problem with the finance employee, Nate Ellison, who we felt should have gone over the items in our loan agreement with us, as we had a charge for a warranty that we did not understand and could have corrected it at the time of signing instead of later.

"Service call "

My car had the check engine light on and was not shifting correctly. I carried it to the service department and Norm was wonderful in taking care of my car. He took time to brief me on what could be the issue. By 4 pm my car was ready and runs great. They are courteous and professional.

"No one seemed to want to respond to my phone calls."

Left several messages for Shaneka in the service dept. No response from her. Did receive call from Kim asking if I wanted to sell my vehicle, I replied No. Called service mgr., John called me back, scheduled appointment to fix van. Took it in. Unjammed latch on door. John advised cost of repair would be over $1,000.00 dollars. Cannot afford at this time, so sliding door remains unable to open
