Frustrating because we were traveling from NH to FL and car started having problems in SC. Arrived on a Saturday (bad because of no service men at work). Stayed two nights at a motel and went back on Monday morning. We were told our car needed a new transmission. However, the garage could not get a new transmission for a month or more because of back orders. Not a good sign for Chrysler. Our choices were either to rent a car, continue on to FL, and go back to pick up our car after it was fixed, or trade it for a new car. We decided to trade it.
The employees were all polite and accommodating. We did have a problem with the finance employee, Nate Ellison, who we felt should have gone over the items in our loan agreement with us, as we had a charge for a warranty that we did not understand and could have corrected it at the time of signing instead of later.
