"Service for My Dodge Ram"

I took my truck in for scheduled oil change. The service person was knowledgeable and helpful. Discussed up front what was covered with free oil change and what was not ( tire rotation ). It took 3 trips to service department to actually get my “ free oil change “ and $ 25.00 for tire rotation overpriced.

"Recall Service "

Service writer was knowledgeable and professional. I am a mechanic by trade and appreciate the fact that additional products/services were not being pushed. Was there for a few recalls and that was done in a timely manner. Don’t remember the service writers name, but she was outstanding.

"Customer Centric"

Although this was my first visit to their service department, it won't be the last. Service writer made me feel at home, explained how they operate and gave me an accurate estimate of the expected service timeframe. Staff came out to the waiting room and made sure everyone was waited on. When my vehicle was finished, the Service Manager went with me to ensure that the work was completed to my satisfaction.

"Always Excellent Service"

I have nothing to say about Plaza except they are great. ALL the staff are professional, caring and get the job done in a timely manner. I took my 2016 RAM in for a recall. Was ready in less than 1 hour and they were calling me to tell me it was done. Dont know all the employees in service dept but all are helpful, friendly and professional. Also Kim who calls to tell me when I need to bring my truck in is wonderful- Thanks all. Go to Plaza!
