After 3 years of experiencing my dash lights going out, I am hoping that Steve was able to solve the problem. I have not had a failure since they returned my car last week. For that, Steve gets all the credit as no one else made any significant effort to define or solve the issue. So, if his efforts result in a solution to the total dimming of my dash in bright light when on auto-headlights then I am very satisfied as we love the car. Our only issue with our 2020 Lincoln Corsair, in six years, has been the ongoing failure of our dash lights, for the last three years, and the need to reach down each time and flip the headlights on and off until the dash lights returned. Even Lincoln concierge was unable to help. So, cudos to Steve at Plaza for his efforts to find a potential solution. I can only hope that 2026 is bright for my dash lights! Bob Nyce More
