When we arrived at the dealership Alex immediately came out to great us. We were there to look at a specific vehicle. Alex was not pushy he answered all our questions and he was quite pleasant. We did need to come to service a few days later to program a fob and the service took less time than expected.I barely had time to enjoy my coffee in the comfortable service waiting area. To make sure there wasn't a problem finding the fob Alex saved it for us in his desk drawer.Alex spent an extra half hour going over the technology before we left with the car.Five star service all around! More
