This was, without a doubt, the worst dealership service experience I’ve ever had. I brought my 2024 Lincoln Navigator in to repair a door seal and a popping noise in the driver’s seat. When I got it bac experience I’ve ever had. I brought my 2024 Lincoln Navigator in to repair a door seal and a popping noise in the driver’s seat. When I got it back, two driver-side pillar trim pieces had been damaged (broken clips and visible cosmetic damage), and the driver’s seat had been reinstalled incorrectly, leaving noticeable gaps. When I pointed this out to David Newton, the service manager, his response was simply, “Yeah, looks like the guys didn’t install it right.” There was no apology or accountability. Only after I pushed the issue did they agree to replace the damaged trim and reinstall the seat correctly. That was three weeks ago. Since then, I’ve received zero updates. I’ve called at least 10 times and left three voicemails, and no one has returned a single call. This dealership not only damaged my vehicle on two separate service visits but has also shown a complete lack of communication and customer service. Judging by the many similar reviews from other customers, this appears to be a recurring problem rather than an isolated incident. Serious personnel changes need to be taken. I will never return to this dealership and cannot recommend them to anyone unless you want your car damaged instead of repaired. More
