When the tires were rotated, the tech did not adjust the air pressure to the proper level for any of the tires. I was going on a long road trip right after the service, so this would have been very bad on t air pressure to the proper level for any of the tires. When making the appointment for oil change and tire rotation, the person I spoke with seemed confused on setting up the appointment. I ended up going online to change to a new service date when I needed to change the original appointment date. The complimentary car wash was ok, but places missed so I took the car to a car wash after picking it up. More

Everyone was very friendly and professional. The only thing, and not a big issue, was the receipt said the car was washed and vacuumed when, in fact, it was not.
