Dear client, It concerns and bothers me greatly that you felt mistreated when you purchased your Acura from Pohanka. Unfortunately Sundays are one of the busiest days and at the end of the month it only gets magnified. Ironically, most people complain about the length of time ("too long")the finance process takes and it is rare that my staff is accused of being not attentive. So, your response is unusual in terms of the time. I do apologize that he did not answer your questions and if there are still concerns, please let me know what they are and I will be happy to help get the answers for you now. I believe most people travel the distance you did for the availability and the deals we offer. Therefore, we do a high volume of business which does limit the time we have to spend on delivery. However, there are many sources that help us in areas that you may still have concern with, so again please let me know what they are and I can point you in the right direction or help you over the phone. We value our reputation and as you can see here and many other sources, we generally "do the right thing". So, if there is anything else we can do or say that would help your experience with us become more positive, please let me know!
