I am also shocked to see some of the other reviews here. I think way more people take the time to write a bad review than those who leave with a pleasant experience. I think a lot of the times too when people have an older car that is already having problems, they take it out on the service department and complain just because they are upset with the vehicle itself. I too had an older Acura before my current newer Acura and dealt with several other shops and gas stations that really didn't care to deal with the major problems. They just tell you what you want to hear and how to pass your inspections which down the road, I've learned, will cost you more.
