While both transactions were straightforward, transparent, and drama free, my most recent purchase was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. This was in large part due to my sales consultant, Hana Supandi. The entire process, from being greeted at the door, listening to my requirements, and producing the exact vehicle I wanted, was pain-free and professional. In fact, and I don't say this lightly, if I was designing the ideal (for the customer) car dealership sales process, I would be hard pressed to improve upon the experience I had. I got the price I wanted on the new car, and got an amount I was happy with for my trade. Ask for Hana! More

I was doubtful that I purchased my second Acura from Pohanka Acura in Chantilly! I gave my sales consultant John Pokrant my wish list for a used car. I was doubtful that my wish list could be fulfilled, especially since I needed a car quickly. However, two days later, John called me with the perfect car...and perfect it was! John found me a beautiful one owner 2012 TL with Technology Package for an incredible price and with only 36K miles on it! So I purchased the car that night. John was persistent in finding me what I wanted. He was knowledgeable, honest and fun. I knew I could trust him. Manager Tony Ramazani was super friendly.
