I wasn't convinced that it was worth going "all the way across the bridge" to look at a car, but I'm so glad we did. We had taken the car to have it checked out by our mechanic in DE, and they volunteered to send someone to pick it up at the mechanic and complete the DE registration process so we didn't have to take it back to NJ. On the night we picked it up, our schedule made it impossible for us to get there before 30 min before closing. They still took their time and walked us through the basic how-tos even though it was past closing time. Eric even delivered our registration to our home after the sale (even put the new plate on for me!) I'd recommend them in a heartbeat. More

We originally came in for service for our 2008 GMC Acadia. My experience with Pointe Buick GMC was nothing short of excellent. I was able to find a great pre-owned vehicle on their lot and although they were closed at the time I submitted a call when business hours excellent. My father and I had the pleasure of having Mr. Eric Davis to speak with over the phone. In person, Eric was both honest and knowledgable, also doing his best to be understanding of my needs and constraints as a recent college graduate. After having the chance to test drive the vehicle he was helpful in getting a discounted cost on the vehicle, which Pointe was able to take even lower after some negotiation. The price ended up being very fair in my opinion. When I came back to get the car to take it home it was so well taken care of as to appear almost new!
