We originally came in for service for our 2008 GMC Acadia. While we were waiting we were approached by Eric Davis and sat down to talk to him about a trade in price for our 2006 GMC Canyon and our 2 Acadia. My experience with Pointe Buick GMC was nothing short of excellent. I was able to find a great pre-owned vehicle on their lot and although they were closed at the time I submitted a call when business hours excellent. My father and I had the pleasure of having Mr. Eric Davis to speak with over the phone. In person, Eric was both honest and knowledgable, also doing his best to be understanding of my needs and constraints as a recent college graduate. After having the chance to test drive the vehicle he was helpful in getting a discounted cost on the vehicle, which Pointe was able to take even lower after some negotiation. The price ended up being very fair in my opinion. When I came back to get the car to take it home it was so well taken care of as to appear almost new!
