I live on Long Island 180 miles from Pointe Buick GMC. Approximately one year ago I was in the area at a local horse show and stopped in just to look at the new 2011 GMC trucks. I was not in the market to purchase at the time, but salesman Jay Mattox spent considerable timme with me explaining all the improvements made to the 2011 models. I visited on a few occasions when in the area over the past year, and Jay always greeted me warmly and asked how I was doing. I have purchased a number of new vehicles in my time, but I have never experienced the friendly, laid back nature of Pointe GMC/Buick. When I was ready to purchase, I ordered my new Sierra 2500 from Jay over the phone. Everything went without a hitch. I accepted delivery on April 20, 2012. Jay is extremely knowledgable, and he patiently explained all of the features and technical details of my new truck to my me wife and me. We are very happy with the truck, and should we decide on a new Buick we will certainly contact Jay! More
