Welcome is so important I made a brief stop by Porsche of Arlington in route to another errand. I have had my eye on a particular car and it was on the lot. As I moved about, I was grateful that I was able to move with ease, but also taking note that I hadn't been greeted. Almost as soon as the thought crossed my mind, Derrick Pullen came out to check on me, and my interests. As timing goes, I decided to postpone the purchase, but his welcome made a difference.
