During my wife’s and my recent purchase at Porsche of Arlington, we had the pleasure of working with Kody W., a gentleman who is knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with. Kody is a master of the technical and practical details of the hybrid that we purchased. One extraordinary aspect of the purchase was Kody’s in-service, which was the most thorough I have experienced throughout years of several new car purchases. This was important because it was our first Porsche SUV and our first hybrid. Kody even programmed my wife’s favorite radio stations that he recalled from conversations the day before during the purchase process. Other personnel who deserve a shout-out because of their superior performance are Donald K. in Finance and Junehee K. in Sales. BTW, as a Porsche 911 GT3 owner, I’m very demanding about vehicle quality and performance. I can’t believe that I’m this excited about an SUV! The technology is amazing with respect to all the normal, hybrid and all-electric modes, and as we crawled home through rush-hour traffic, the gas engine didn’t kick in once as we used the torque from the electric motor to propel us through traffic smoothly and silently. That said, this is fundamentally a Porsche and the performance in all hybrid modes as well as Sport and Sport+ is excellent. And, as with all Porsches, the handling, fit and finish are outstanding.
