We took care of paperwork and they didnt waste time. I met the manager Joe who was very professional, and made arrangements to return and close the deal. The next day the finance person Victor called to check on my status. I appreciated the no-pressure environment, beautiful show room, and complimentary snack bar. Professional and helpful I recently purchased a VW Tiguan from Kody Wood at Porsche of Arlington. Prior to the purchase, he video taped the car explaining all of the features, I recently purchased a VW Tiguan from Kody Wood at Porsche of Arlington. Prior to the purchase, he video taped the car explaining all of the features, so when I arrived I was already informed about the vehicle. The week after I bought the car, I had a minor issue with the key fob, which normally would not have been covered by my warranty, but Kody settled everything and I had to pay nothing.
