When we arrived Caleb Davis was tied up with another customer but Junhee Kang stepped right in to take us on the test drive and was very helpful in making sure we got all our questions answered. In addition we had the pleasure of dealing with Terry Long from finance. He was very helpful and very professional in our process of buying the car. She was not the pushy sales person type that I try my best to avoid but allow me to decide if this was the car for me. She very help with whatever I needed including email and scanning documents, I was only contacted when it was necessary, not just bugging me on when or if I am going to buy the car. The deal began the night before and we wrapped up the paperwork the next day. My sales representative, Junehee Kang, was professional, courteous and had a no pressure style that I welcomed. The same was true in the finance office, where Terry Long found me a better rate than my own bank, and like Mr. Kang, had a no pressure style. Mr Long provided me the usual add-on offers that all dealers present, but with a no pressure style. Mr. Long even said I can even come back later to purchase any of the warranties or add-ons for the same price offered. It ended up truly being an unusual experience for this area, as I felt welcomed but not crowded or hurried as I considered the purchase of the car and all of the offers. More

He explained all the vehicles we were interested in with significant expertise and patience. It was indeed a great experience, and we will be seeing him again in a few years when we upgrade to the Gen 3 Cayenne. Service Department = Troy in service is also a pleasure to work with and incredibly proficient in his position. He kept me informed every step of the way when my car was getting detailed, and some cosmetic repairs got done. Amazing to work with. Finance Manager = Terry is top notch, I always get low-interest rates with USAA and Navy Fed, but he was able to beat them both. Overall experience 5 of 5. More
