We were told by the sales manager all would be taken care of at no charge since we had purchased the Porsche bumper to bumper warranty. So we purchased the vehicle and took it home, on an empty tank of gas no less. We proceeded to make an appointment with Ron in the service department and dropped off the vehicle. We called ahead to inform them exactly when we will be there to pick up the vehicle and we still had to wait 30 min while they washed it. Then we noticed some new scratches on the rear fender and followed them along the side of the car to reveal a dent and some rubber marks, definitely caused by dragging the rubber hoses of the pneumatic air tool against the car. Additionally, we found a parking ticket on the dash. Why would the dealer need to park my vehicle on the streets of Arlington for 30 minutes in the middle of the afternoon? I thought they had a shuttle vehicle for errands....This was all brought to the attention of the service manager and unfortunately we had to bring these issues to the attention of the senior-level service manager for resolution. The level of micromanagement required by the customer for a vehicle at this price point is unsatisfactory. More

They caused damage during the repair and getting them to fix it was a complete hassle. Their initial reaction was that I brought it in that way although Ron then admitted it was their issue. The car only had 1300 miles and I would have expected much better from someone selling 6 figure cars. I even had to get Porsche of North America involved. I was without the car for 10 days and the dealer didn't offer a rental or compensation on the original repair and the damage was not fixed adequately. They might be OK if everything goes well but when something goes wrong, their response is poor. Porsche of NA came through with a good solution...they get 5 stars. As for the dealership...worst experience ever...they get 0 stars. More

I went to Porsche of Arlington to have my Porsche Panamera for my usual inspection. My 2010 Panamera needed brake work and my service advisor actually walked me to my Porsche on the lift and let me inspected it visually myself. We inspected all 4 brake pads and decided to only replace the front and do the back ones on the next service. I really appreciate them getting me involved in that fashion. I would recommend them to any Porsche enthusiast. More

So far they've had it over ONE WEEK and still can't figure out what the problem is. Maybe I'll never get it back! My Cobolt Blue car is turning "LEMON" yellow. Wish I never bought the car. The fun is gone and I no longer trust Porsche. I should have bought the Lexus LC430....it may not be as much "fun" to drive, but you can't beat Lexus for quality. More
