I had an outstanding experience purchasing my 2012 Porsche 911 Turbo S from Porsche Arrowhead, and Chad Doggett was exceptional from start to finish. Buying a high-performance Porsche from out of state requires a great deal of trust, and Chad earned that trust every step of the way. He was patient, responsive, and transparent throughout the entire process. Every question I had was answered promptly, and when I requested additional information—including a PIWIS diagnostic report, brake pad measurements, prior service records, and having the technician inspect the PCCB ceramic brakes—Chad coordinated everything with the service department and kept me informed along the way. At no point did I feel pressured. Instead, Chad made sure I had the information I needed to make an informed decision, even when my requests required extra effort from the dealership. When a paperwork issue was discovered, he had the documents corrected immediately and kept the process moving smoothly. It was terrible service. I went in to fix a flat tire and get an estimate on some painting for the front and rear of the car. They told me it would take 1.5-2.0 hrs so I wa I went in to fix a flat tire and get an estimate on some painting for the front and rear of the car. They told me it would take 1.5-2.0 hrs so I waited. It took 4 hrs, never made the painting estimate and told me they will send me the estimate and a week later I am still waiting. Had to buy 2 tires for a simple nail in one tire. More
