Service beyond my expectations I had the 40,000 mile inspection done. My service rep Doug couldn't have been nicer. Because I had already changed the filters and spark plugs myself, I had the 40,000 mile inspection done. My service rep Doug couldn't have been nicer. Best place for Porsche repair! Well, I finally found another fantastic Porsche place... it's getting tough these days when most are simply sales and almost a brush off service... I Well, I finally found another fantastic Porsche place... it's getting tough these days when most are simply sales and almost a brush off service... I guess the times are upon us? But, Porsche Asheville is Fantastic! I got my Turbo just like new after having to take it other place and spending money but it was never Fixed! Pat Laughton, the fantastic Mechanic got her running the best!!! I'm one of the last real porsche people and I finally took my other 997 Carrera S to Pat and she's like a new car again! Excellent service ,extremely high and expensive maintance The abnormal amount of trouble with my cayenne s is a matter of record including recent cab flooding from clogged cowl drain. There was no warning or recommended service on this drain and it's not visible. To make matters worse Porsche does not financially accept responsibility for this design flaw. I've had no such problem with BMW or Mercedes. To the point Douglas Urban service has been excellent , a real helpful gentleman a pleasure to deal with. More
