Casey, a Sales Person is rude, and not a good listener. She hung up on me. My opinion RACIST..I called and asked about a specific car, but this person assumed that I was only being categorized by a specifi She hung up on me. She wanted to place me in a category and assumed that I couldn't afford anything else other. When she said to me the words: "it cost many more thousand to certify" as if I couldn't afford a certified vehicle. I told her I will consider any color other than black or depending on the shade of gray, The first car she offered was black. After I brought it to her that I did not give her a price range to look for she hung up on me. Because of this salesperson performance I give this dealership a 1. More

Loved the service from my service advisor but the first advisor i came in contact with , center door white male middle aged, I could have done without him or his carefree attitude. I came in and asked him a question and he couldn’t put his phone down long enough to look me in the face when talking to Me. He said yea your advisor would be with you shortly and took my keys. Not hey have a seat over in the lobby or can I get you anything while you wait. Very cold and pre occupied. After finding the lobby i waited for about 10 minutes and went back to the front to see if my advisor was avail or back yet. Ran into this rude guy and asked if my advisor was back yet. As he kept walking he said yes he will Be with you shortly. My advisor and i forgot his name , he was awesome. All the work to be done on the car was thoroughly explained and he sent me over to the car rental man. This gentleman was awesome also. Walked me to the car and made sure i had all i needed and answered all my questions. Over all experience was great and will be ising this dealership for service in the future More
