Professional service from start to finish. Sergey did a great job helping to schedule the appointment and explain everything. The pastries, coffee and water are a bonus. Clean dealership. When you are paying over $1k for service and own a Porsche, you should expect that this is a consumer you uses credit cards or online payments rather than cash, debit cards or check books. There was a billing dispute over the charges for a repaired tire and after 3 phone calls to the services center, none were returned. This included the service manager Chuck Armstrong, Derek Cornell, a repaired tire and after 3 phone calls to the services center, none were returned.
