I had been dealing with two other dealerships trying to find the car we purchased, and you guys went the extra mile and came through. The other dealerships were not very accommodating, it seemed like their attitude was we will sell the car anyway, so no effort required. The only negative is we did not receive a thorough overview of the car's capabilities as far as the gadgets in the console and dash and we are trying to figure it out on our own. This is somewhat our fault as we were pressed to leave by the time we signed all of the paperwork. Steven did offer to do this at a later time, in person or otherwise, but with our crazy schedule we have not taken him up on the offer. More
