I live about an hour away (traffic), so I ask for a loaner each time and they always comply. The showroom is a blast to walk through (and dream!) They also have a complimentary Starbucks coffee bar, along with fruit, snacks and water bottles. I've had my Panamera five years and I've only had 100% positive experiences with this service center.
