Worst experience ever We bought a highlander at this dealership. I was supose to pick it up the next day and got a call in the morning that the lot guy racked the rear end We bought a highlander at this dealership. Their answer to that was we will fix it or u just dont buy it after i signed all paper work and spend 3 days with them thinking i found a car for my family. They didnt want to lower the price at all. Telling me if you dont want it someone else will. I came to pick up the car after it was repaired nobody of the managers wanted to talk to me they send a saleperson to deliver the car to me who i never saw in my life. Nobody even said congratulations on your car like the whole situation was my fault. More
