Panamera to Cayenne (Trade-In) Came in originally just to get the trade-in value for my at the time Panamera and to find out information regarding possible leasing a new one. Worked Came in originally just to get the trade-in value for my at the time Panamera and to find out information regarding possible leasing a new one. Worked with Duffy Elliott throughout the transaction (second time working with on getting a new vehicle). Ended up forgoing the leasing options and purchasing a Cayenne instead. Overall experience was great. Duffy was easy to work with (per usual) and laid out all the information in an effective manner. My fiancé and I came in wanting to speak with Duffy personally as he is who we dealt with one our last purchase. Overall great experience with all those involved on the entire transaction including Carol Duster and Brian Westbrook. Quite frankly, my fiancé gave Duffy a little bit of hard time getting the numbers where he wanted to be and Duff dealt with him great and made the experience easy. Therefore I would give the experience 5 stars across the board. More
