Likely the best premium service experience i've had to date Having moved around the country and owned quite a few Porsches over the past 10-years, I'm amazed just how good Perimeter Porsche is. First off, Tony Having moved around the country and owned quite a few Porsches over the past 10-years, I'm amazed just how good Perimeter Porsche is. First off, Tony Betancort has been wonderful to work with (before, during and after). Secondly, the techs who work on my GT car (19' GT3RS) always do the right job in an efficient manner. Finally, i love the amenities if i have to wait at the dealership. This past time due to the Coronavirus lockdown, i brought two laptops and conducted zoom meetings from the upstairs location near the golf simulator. However, during normal circumstances when at Perimeter getting service performed, I'd typically look forward to a few swings in the golf simulator. The simulator is not a cheap simulator, but the highest end premium version (HDGOLF). While the three sets of golf clubs are just ok, i keep forgetting to bring a few of my own with correct shafts. LOL. Beyond all that, the barista makes awesome coffee's and lattes. The last time she made my latte resemble a Porsche emblem on top. I cannot make this up. Keep up the great work Perimeter, you have a customer for life here! More

Called in for recall, but the part was not available We received a letter and an email about this recall, as well a statement that my car was due for service. My car was not due for service (we purchased it the day before New Years 2020). We were encouraged to make an appointment for the recall. We brought the car in, during the Pandemic, only to have them inspect it, state that it needed a part, and that they didn't have the part, and Porsche couldn't say when it would arrive because of the pandemic. It would have been better if the dealership had made sure that they had everything needed before scheduling us - then we would not have had to be out unnecessarily during this difficult time. More

I was told that an oil change would take 1.5 hours. I arrived early and waited more than 2.5 hours. No communications from the service representative during that time.
