A First-class experience that’s just short of perfect Ever since I purchased my Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid I’ve been bringing it to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for service. Tony Betancourt is my service profe Ever since I purchased my Porsche Cayenne S Hybrid I’ve been bringing it to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter for service. Tony Betancourt is my service professional, and he’s extremely courteous and is honest about needed repairs which is refreshing in the dealership world. The dealership itself is everything you’d expect from a luxury car dealership: clean, modern, equipped with a confesses bar and courtesy snacks. The picture window that peers into the mechanical garage where you can see your vehicle being serviced is a nice touch. Everyone is extremely friendly, down to the service technicians that drive, service and wash your vehicle. So why only 4 stars? I am a hard grader, for one, but second, the service charges are astronomical, and there’s no getting around that fact. Luxury or not, $2000 for a routine service when nothing else is wrong with your vehicle is mind-blowing. I did know what I was getting into with buying a Porsche, so maybe the joke’s on me. :-) More

Time expectations not met. I am out of warranty, but have continued to go to this dealer and pay more because of service and respect for my time. This visit, I was prepare I am out of warranty, but have continued to go to this dealer and pay more because of service and respect for my time. This visit, I was prepared for four hour wait based on my call with the scheduler. The total time ended up being 6.5 hours which blew up my evening plans with my wife. She was not happy. From the moment I arrived I could tell the service coordinator was not comfortable with their ability to hit that timing. he tried to overcome the issue but did not. I will like I go elsewhere next time. More
