I have been a happy client for over 15 years, but the last few visits have not been Porsche standards. My Service Rep never called about repairs on the car just a text to say it's ready. When picking up my car the same warning light was still on. I was told all the guys are gone for the day, but he would call/text for me to bring my car back. After a week and me texting him two times still no reply. Only after a Customer Service Manager called to check on my service, and now they want me to bring my car in a month later. More
I purchased a new 2022 Porsche Cayenne on December 4th 2021 from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. This is my 3rd Cayenne in a row that I have purchased. I did not experience any major issues with the previous 2021 from Porsche Atlanta Perimeter. This is my 3rd Cayenne in a row that I have purchased. I did not experience any major issues with the previous two purchases and I enjoyed them very much. I experienced issues with the Porsche Communication Management (PCM) right away. The PCM has LOGGED ME OUT many many times requiring me to either contact the Porsche Customer Service Rep for new cars at Porsche Atlanta Perimeter or Porsche Customer Services at 1-800-767-7243 to reset and log back in. This continues to happen. The PCM system has also gone out "off" while driving and come back on later. I am retired military and so on one occasion while driving from Fayetteville GA "home" to Columbus GA Fort Benning the PCM went out for several miles only to come back on later "VERY LOUD" I was startled and swerved, almost wrecking the car upon this happening. This continues to happen. I returned the vehicle to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter and was initially told that they were ordering a new PCM from Germany. I was then subsequently informed that would not be able to do because they could not duplicate the problem. Side Mirrors: The side mirrors while have folded up while driving which requires me to pull over, cut the car off and then restart to have them re-open. This continues to happen. Extremely frustrated with everything I stopped driving the vehicle since June. I decided about 6 weeks ago to once again return it to Porsche Atlanta Perimeter in hopes they could fix the issues however, I have recently been informed that once again they could not replicate this issues and therefore are requiring me to pick it up "NOT FIXED!!!!!" THIS IS A LUXURY VEHIICLE THAT I HAVE PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR. THIS IS MY THIRD CAYENNE. I JUST WANT IT TO WORK PROPERLY AND AM ASKING FOR HELP. More

I called the Dealer and scheduled my appointment approximately two weeks prior to the scheduled date of 12/19/22. I brought my “older model” in and requested a same day return because I had to work the following day. I dropped my vehicle off a half hour earlier only to be notified a few hours later that one of the recall parts had to be ordered. Really?? Did you not know my vehicle needed that part? This wasn’t a surprise visit, it was a scheduled one.It was a waste of my only day off. I returned to pick up my vehicle only to be told the part was ordered and I will receive a call when it arrives. I’m currently Still waiting on a return call or update on that part status. I’m usually very patient and understanding but this visit was a complete waste of my time. More
