Nick provided us with a fair value for our trade in and a detailed review of buying options. We had already done our homework on True Car and had an expectation of what our car was worth and the purchase price of a new Audi. Nick met those expectations without our having to ask for them. At that point we were sold on the dealership, salesman and the car. More

FABULOUS When I was looking to purchase 2019 Audi Q7, i happened to call Flemington Audi even though it is not closest dealership. Greg Liston was on the call When I was looking to purchase 2019 Audi Q7, i happened to call Flemington Audi even though it is not closest dealership. Greg Liston was on the call - and right from word go he sounded very professional. He listened very carefully to my needs and gave me an appointment for test drive. When I met him in person , i was totally impressed by his overall approach - quite contrary to the way auto salesmen are depicted on the net.. Greg came across as someone who is genuinely trying to connect with you and wants to make you happy.. Without being over aggressive he almost sold me the car on that day. I took the best price they could offer -without making any decision that day , but only to return 2 days later. Greg followed up during the 2 days negotiating and working out a great deal for me. On the day of purchase we reached late at 7:30pm. Agency closes at 8pm however Greg , the managers and their team was there for us. They made sure car is ready. During the delivery it was raining and it was 8:15pm however Nick very nicely explained the safety features. Even though it was past office hours he ensured we understood safety features , all the time ensuring that car interiors were protected from the rain.. Greg also handled the auto insurance discussions with my existing car insurer. For Financing we had to meet Mari - I had pre-approved financing from my bank but for some strange reason this dealership does not accept the check . i got different answers none of which were convincing I had very less time given it was late and did not get chance to talk to my banker. However once this initial confusion was over (which could have been avoided) Mari found a better rate for me and was kind enough to clearly explain the details of the financing and we were on the go...Although I must say i was not completely satisfied for the reason for not accepting the check that I had carried. Overall great experience at this dealership- impressed with very professional nature from both Greg and Nick, small dealership compared to some of the big ones you see , they work without big fanfare however you will walk out the door feeling happy and proud owner of the car that you went for.. More
