Great experience will def buy from again for next car. Went in to test drive a 2012 S5 Cabriolet and everything went great. The salesperson, finance and internet representatives were all informative and friendly and went beyond to make the sale. I also had a Subaru lease that was paid up but I still had to turn in and they offered to take it in and do payoff for me so I didn't have to worry about Subaru evaluation which was convenient to me. The purchase process was great and they had me out the door within a couple hours. As salesperson went through final show off of car before leaving the side assist feature was grayed out so that was noted to get fixed for no charge and when I came back to get that done they took care of the curb rash the car had as well for no charge. When the car was getting repaired for those issues I got a 2019 A4 with sport and black optic package as a loaner and that car was amazing. I will probably look into getting the S5 varient of one of them next in 5-6 years time More

Great Customer Service! We’ve had some pretty terrible experiences with car dealers in the past, so naturally, we were a little nervous coming in to get our new Volkswagen. We’ve had some pretty terrible experiences with car dealers in the past, so naturally, we were a little nervous coming in to get our new Volkswagen. But right from the get go, Larry was extremely friendly. He made us feel like old friends. Even when we kept him an hour past closing he still had a smile on his face! He made the buying experience really easy, and we didn’t have to haggle to get a great price for our new car or our trade in!
