I had a horrible experience with this dealership, particularly with the Service Department. It takes weeks/months to get a service appointment (even if your vehicle is inoperable), they rarely have l particularly with the Service Department. It takes weeks/months to get a service appointment (even if your vehicle is inoperable), they rarely have loaners (even when willing to wait for one), and they failed to fix the issue with my vehicle during the warranty period (which caused me to have several thousand dollars in subsequent repair efforts).
