He was incredibly responsive and maintained such a positive attitude that was contagious throughout the process. We did the deal in November of 2017 and the Cayenne was over 3 months late on delivery because of emission tests that needed to be done before they would release from the port. Mike kept me up to date every step of the way and went out of his way to mitigate any potential frustration on my end. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone considering buying a Porsche.
