When Matt moved to Porsche, I became curious as to why so when I reached out, Matt said to come and see the product for yourself and then you will know why I moved to Porsche. I never aligned Porsche with SUV in my mind but her it was and it exceeded my expectations. Beyond Matt himself, the entire Danbury Porsche Team assisted in a customer centric manner that was very credible and assuring. Gary gave an absolutely thorough and non-rushed test drive and helped configure our 2016 Macan Turbo to our exact specifications. The price was more than fair and communication was constant and responsive. The finance end was absolutely seamless with Jim. One issue came up in that the vehicle came from the factory with a small problem with the lane assist. Gary was kind enough to come to my house and pick up the vehicle and return it the same day. That is customer service! Couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the overall experience and I would definitely recommend the dealership and Gary without any reservations. More

Jim promised to look into the scheduling mishap, Jeff handled some questions I had about service very professionally, and Ben greeted me as I arrived in a very friendly and professional manner. The waiting area is pristine and comfortable and they provide espresso, coffee, bottled water, and even some free snacks like bananas and cliff bars! While I was waiting, Ben came up and showed me some pictures of my car representing areas that needed to be addressed and stated what the costs would be to address them at my current service appointment. WiFi and power outlets were available so that I could conduct business via VPN to my work place. I had requested that my old parts be returned to me and the service tech even labeled which cylinder each spark plug came out of! I didn't even request that so the service was way above and beyond what was expected. I applaud Ben, Jeff, and Jim for fostering a wonderful customer experience. More

Huge Disappointment--no help whatsoever review: What a terrible experience. From the moment I wanted to order my car from Danbury I was ignored. I was not given any advice of possible o review: What a terrible experience. From the moment I wanted to order my car from Danbury I was ignored. I was not given any advice of possible options or issues with options I choose. For example, the tire size causes substantial noises with this model. I sought to make 1 change and it was a burden for the salesman. I sought to choose wheels and he could not get me an accurate photo. After waiting 3 months, the car arrived. The salesman advised me I was coming at a busy time. When I arrived I was 30 minutes late bc of traffic and he told me he did not have time to go through the car. On signing papers, they made a mistake. They attempted to mail the papers, but they got lost on the return. While they had no problem asking me to drive to them, when I asked the person from Danbury to drive to my office, it was a huge deal. I could not be more disappointed in the car and service of Danbury Porsche. To top it off, it was my fourth Porsche I bought from them in five years. Thanks Danbury Porsche! rating: 1/10 More

He has the patience of a saint & helped me choose the car of my dreams. After numerous test drives, i settled on the Turbo & I can say without hesitation that my 911 is EPIC! Jeff Bobbins is my Service Manager & he is absolutely brilliant. My car was making a whistling noise the day I picked it up. Jeff was immediately able to diagnose it (vent line clog) & quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. The guys even washed the car for me! I would strongly recommend this dealership & the Porsche Team there without hesitation. This has been far and away the most awesome car buying experience I've ever had. The only word I can think of to sum up this review of Danbury Porsche is... glorious. More
