Got me right in and set me up with a loaner so I wouldn't have to wait around. Was really surprised (happily) with the text with diagnostic video that the tech sent a short time later! Purchased in late October 2020 Porsche 911 Turbo over the phone by texting with salesman Corwin Fergus I was miss represented about the condition of the car I agreed to purchase the car with few described bl phone by texting with salesman Corwin Fergus I was miss represented about the condition of the car I agreed to purchase the car with few described blemishes believing this is all what I’ll see when the car was delivered to me in Florida and I completely trusted because seller was Porsche dealer not some small car lot but it was purposely not disclosed to me that there was a dent on the side below passenger door and in the front bumper and I believe it was purposely not disclosed because it’s an expensive repair few thousand dollars Mr. Scott West general manager received three weeks ago from me all the pictures and two estimates nothing has been done they assured me the car is 7/10 condition but body shops in Tampa Florida told me it’s 4/10 condition so buying the car over the phone or Internet from the this dealership don’t give you any security. They lied even telling that they tried to assist me with correcting any blemishes it’s a lie I not was told such thing They are liars including Mr. Scott the car was in Denver I was in Tampa Florida how could I know what needed to be done when the car was still there they just liars not willing to work with the customers to protect the reputation More
