6-year service I called to schedule a 6-year major service. Prestige was able to get me in within 2 days. A new Porsche Cayenne was provided as a loaner - wow. There was an extensive list of service to be performed at 6 years and Prestige informed me that it might take more than 1 day (car was ready by 9:00 am the following day). The technician texted me a video my car and the work being done. This included an inspection of the old spark plugs, filters, undercarriage of the car, etc... I didn't expect this and it was a nice touch. My car was washed prior to being returned to me, another nice touch. The Prestige employees I worked with were friendly and professional. More

Great Customer Service I came in for an Oil Change, Check Engine Light, Recall, & an annoying noise from the rear of the car. The first 3 were serviced in the 1st day. Pre I came in for an Oil Change, Check Engine Light, Recall, & an annoying noise from the rear of the car. The first 3 were serviced in the 1st day. Prestige took another 2 days trying to pinpoint the noise and took the car for numerous test drives. I truly appreciate their diligence in trying to solve the problem! the team thought they had it diagnosed and fixed, but unfortunately, the noise persists. I'm already rescheduled to have the team take another look. I think many places would have given up and said they've looked at everything. Not Prestige, not Cory. They're committed to finding a solution. Great Customer Service!! Many Thanks!! More

I was greeted by the service manager and helped by a friendly service employee. It took very little time to get my car in and a loaner given to me so I could get to work on time. They were communicative throughout the day. Even showed me a video of my car and what services they performed on it. Upon picking up my car they were quick and it was super clean. I would recommend them to my Audi-owning friends. More
Dissapointing and Frustrating Experience It's with disappointment that I write that my experience with this dealership represents the low point in my experience with Audi to date. The vehicle is wonderful, reliable and everything you could hope for. This dealer made the buy out at the end of my lease time consuming, expensive and extremely frustrating. Customer service is NOT their thing. I visited the dealer as recommended 1 month prior to the end of the lease (even though I live 160 miles away). I made all the arrangements to purchase the vehicle and awaited the paperwork which was promised 20 days later but never came. I called the dealership - they never called me back. I left messages and emails each week and unbelievably it took almost a month before the paperwork arrived. Now the pay-off had increased! I called and left messages - again no-one called me back. They answer the phone professionally, promise they are taking a message. And I was never called back. It got ridiculous!! Finally last night I was called back by the original agent (Griffin) who explained that this was not normal, not the way they do things and that they would make this right. Today I get a call back from a new guy with no interest in keeping me as a customer, who wanted to lecture me on the costs that the dealer is eating (for delays that they caused!!) and refused to make any kind of gesture (like towards the $500 dealer fees for simply producing paperwork) for the 6 week run-around that they have given me to simply purchase my car at the end of the lease. I can honestly say that this dealership stands out to me as a business with a great product for which they take a lot of credit, and has no concept of customer service or what a relationship could or should look like. I will AVOID buying a car from this dealership ever again - even though I will likely be an Audi customer for a long time. I will tell no-one to come here, and I will tell lots of people to buy elsewhere. More
