Not being able to find the right vehicle locally (MN), we expanded our search nationwide via the Porsche USA site. We searched and found exactly what we were looking for at Porsche Gold Coast, in NY. We ha expanded our search nationwide via the Porsche USA site. We searched and found exactly what we were looking for at Porsche Gold Coast, in NY. We have found vehicles online before but this time we'd be making a purchase without an in-person inspection or test drive. This transaction was all about relying on the CPO vehicle and the honesty and integrity of the Sales Professional. I am EXTREMELY picky about my vehicles and even the most seemingly minor blemish to some can be a deal breaker for me. So getting into this type of transaction could have been uncomfortable. Amazingly, Tim made the process seamless. We scheduled multiple video calls where he went over every inch of the vehicle highlighting points of interest along the way. He even did it in multiple lighting conditions. In addition, he sent several pictures including close ups of any area I had questions about. He understood how picky I am and he went to great depths ensuring I had everything I needed, AND he did it with a positive and fun attitude. When we made the purchase, Tim also arranged for enclosed transportation of the vehicle to MN - keeping things easy for us. Tim was emotionally invested the entire time and was even checking in on the weekends when the vehicle was scheduled to arrive on a Sunday evening. Tim is fantastic and we can't say enough great things about him and the experience we had with him. To steal an iconic tag line, "Tim. There is no substitute." More
