Do you know how many people who live in Greenwich buy and service their cars in Fairfield or Westchester? They don't do it because its convenient, they do it because Greenwich Porsche is horrible in every p service their cars in Fairfield or Westchester? Treat you like a homeless person when you walk in the door to buy a quarter million dollar car. They mark up EVERYTHING above MSRP. Why would anyone buy from them? We have been impressed with our prior experiences at Porsche here n Florida, but it was out great fortune to find the car we had been looking for in CT, and with it the sales professional to set the new bar for the others. This isn't hyperbole. Mr. Cuomo knows his product, knows his way around making even a long-distance purchase go as smoothly as being there. He even was tracking the car transport after our car left his lot, because for him customer service continued until the car reached our door. That's the Master Class in doing things the right way, and now we are loyal customers! Thanks also to business manager John Serpin, who similarly is a top-quality professional, ready with the right answers, emails, and overnight envelopes. WIsh I could give more stars than 5! More

Absolutely by far the WORST service ever received in my life-time. Go elsewhere. When I arrive this AM for my appointment and loaner I was told oh, there is a glitch in our online booking so your appoint life-time. Go elsewhere. When asked why no one called or emailed me to cancel I was told "it would be too much work to do that". Even though they had my service appointment paper printed out and waiting. I understand system mistakes but they could have and should have reach out and stopped me from taking the AM off of work to go down as they had all the info to prevent this. More
