They operate with the integrity of a predatory "buy-here-pay-here" lot. I had been in constant communication with this team since April 21st. After 5 days of professional correspondence (phone, text, email), I confirmed the vehicle’s availability again on Friday night with Aldo before they closed. Despite my explicit offer to place a deposit to secure the car on Thursday while it was undergoing the CPO reconditioning process - they refused with a "policy" clearly designed to screw over committed buyers – provided assurance Friday night that the vehicle would be waiting for my 10:00 AM appointment. I committed to a four-hour round trip in heavy rain and brutal traffic. I spent two hours on the road, providing constant, proactive text updates on my ETA due to rainy weather and major traffic delays. They watched my updates and let me keep driving. They sat in silence while I wasted gas, and hours of my life, only calling me 20 minutes before arrival to tell me their sales manager sold the car. This isn't "just business"—it is absolute sales xxxx behavior. To lure a customer into a four-hour trip, refuse their deposit, and then sell the vehicle out from under them while they are literally on the highway is malicious, deceitful, and pathetic. The Verdict: Porsche Greenwich – New Country Motor Group has zero respect for their clients or their own word. They are bottom-tier sleaze masquerading as a luxury dealer. I have filed a formal complaint with Porsche North America and will warn every enthusiast and buyer I know to stay far away from this embarrassment of a dealership. They also don't believe in returning your calls. I have called on three different occasions and no return phone call including the manager and when you ask why they didn't return the call they say they are very busy.. no excuse. You buy a 100k car and you expect better . I also have a tire protection package they are reluctant to take care of it . IF I WERE LOOKING FOR A PORSCHE THERE IS NO WAY I WOULD GO TO THIS DEALER. TRY ANOTHER ONE IN WESTCHESTER COUNTY OR BUY A MERCEDES OR BMW. MY PAST EXPERIENCE AT THESE DEALERS IS SIGNIFICANTLY BETTER. More

Absolutely by far the WORST service ever received in my life-time. Go elsewhere. When I arrive this AM for my appointment and loaner I was told oh, there is a glitch in our online booking so your appoint life-time. Go elsewhere. When asked why no one called or emailed me to cancel I was told "it would be too much work to do that". Even though they had my service appointment paper printed out and waiting. I understand system mistakes but they could have and should have reach out and stopped me from taking the AM off of work to go down as they had all the info to prevent this. More
