My car was scheduled on 12/30 for pick up to fix passenger cup holder; however, no one conatcted me on 12/30 and I had texted several times on 12/30 and texted aagain on 12/31 but no response at all passenger cup holder; however, no one conatcted me on 12/30 and I had texted several times on 12/30 and texted aagain on 12/31 but no response at all. I also tried to call to find out what is going on, left voice mail but no response at all. I had to reschedule my other appointments to accomdate this schedule but it is very disapointing and very unprofessional. More

Denise is great, she’s friendly, knowledgeable, and basically a pleasure to deal with. The dealership is also great, been dealing with them for more than 30 years, and Mark the sales person is every bi basically a pleasure to deal with. I brought my car in for a service and had a loaner car. My car spend a month at the dealer because I had body work done. I had to keep calling to find out what was taking so long. On my way to pick up my car Emily called and said your key is still not ready. We have been having trouble with keys. I picked up my car without my key. Just disappointing to spend thousands of dollars and have to keep following up. More
