They always use a scare tactic to get you to do additional work that you didn’t go there for. This time it was rear brakes if they needed changing why did the warning sensor come on? They then say additional work that you didn’t go there for. This time it was rear brakes if they needed changing why did the warning sensor come on? They then say customer requested. The time before they told her you have to change your brake fluid the car only has 18,000 miles. But every time you bring the car back for a covered issue they dig up $1000 of work and say customer requested. So far the car need over $3000 of work. Would not recommend this dealer More
