Going on 3 hours was excessively long to wait. Normally between 2 to 2 1/2 hours is tolerable, but when I asked about the status, I was told that I was in a hurry so they didnt road test the car. I had to call back the service dept to ask how to calibrate the TPMS while I was driving home. They were able to help out on the phone, so all is well. I will come back for the next service. More
