I am always treated respectfully and my concerns are listened to and addressed. When I get my car back, it is repaired correctly. Denise is knowledgeable and professional and quick to communicate. The original quote that I received in an email included tires, labor, alignment and parts, except tax. When they gave me the write up at the counter, it was $400 higher because they told me that the origin tires, labor, alignment and parts, except tax. When I showed them the original quote, They changed their stance and agreed to install the tires and alignment for the original quote. I’m glad they did, because I intend to buy and service my next car there. More
