Very disappointed this last visit. The interior of my vehicle was returned to me extremely dirty. I washed my car weekly and when I dropped my vehicle it was clean. I visually inspected the engine bay and the engine cover had collected decent amount water. Did your technician leave the hood open when it was sitting on your lot? Looks like it was exposed to the environment. Otherwise, the front desk is always courteous and professional. More

Brought my car to the dealer as I always do on Monday 5/22. Fluid leaking from the very rear of the car. 14 days later I was told it was probably a loose connection with a hose. Hose was tightened and it 5/22. Fluid leaking from the very rear of the car. 14 days later I was told it was probably a loose connection with a hose. Hose was tightened and it took three days to test drive the car. Results showed it was the water pump that was leaking and had to wait for a part. 12 days later the pump was replaced, a test drive was completed, and I picked up the car Saturday, 6/17/23. I thought 28 days was just too long a time period at the shop to complete the job. I was also talked into a wheel alignment when I had that done in November of 2022. More
