Service was poor and communication was awful. Had appointment to bring car in on Thursday at 10am to replace a bushing for the convertible top. I understood that it was going to take many hours because they had to take the entire top off. Heard nothing from service for 3 days. When I called at 10am on Tuesday, service agent had no idea what the status of car was. She called back to say that they had not even started the work. On top of the poor service and terrible communication, as a loaner vehicle they gave me a rental car (that I had to go and pick up) with an empty gas tank. Mentioned all to manager Joe P. He was concerned and apologetic. Told him I would most likely not be returning to Huntington Posche after the awful service experience I had. More

The service advisors are very nice but overall the service department leaves a lot to be desired. On this last appointment I made advance arrangements for a loaner vehicle and the night before my serv service department leaves a lot to be desired.
