Horrible customer service all the way to the owner Joe Rizza I was an online purchaser from Texas that paid full ask price of a 2012 car with only 34k miles on it. Once I arrived to take possession the vehicle i I was an online purchaser from Texas that paid full ask price of a 2012 car with only 34k miles on it. Once I arrived to take possession the vehicle it initially looked to be in good condition. However, after only driving the car for LESS THAN 20 Miles the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on along with a green wrench?! "Not to worry they said, its probably the work we just did." I immediately brought it to a local Maserati dealer that informed me it was needing $5K worth of engine repairs to clear the engine light and it needed front tires due to dry rot and cracking. I brought this information to the GM and OWNER hoping for a positive response. 2 weeks of waiting and even escalating it to the owner, I was informed that the vehicle was in good operating condition when I picked it up, and they would not be doing anything to resolve the issues. WOW, Be careful what you buy at this place, Unbelievable Poor Customer Service! ***Due to my review they told me to reach out to them and I received this in email today. 11/5/18 "After having another conversation with management, it has been determined that we are not able to assist you with any issues that may have arisen after you purchased the vehicle."
