So I asked the sales manager to guarantee that he will reimburse me for any costs related to any repairs or maintenance work to make the car driveable. Eventually, I got an email response from Maen that they will cover cost. Well, sure enough, the car failed inspection due to aftermarket tinting. The cost of removing the tint was not that much, honestly, just $150. This is a drop in the bucket for them, since they got me at 10K over MSRP. Well, just to see if the manager would honor his word, I sent the manager and the dealer the failed inspection report and the receipt for $150. Sure enough, I heard nothing back from them. It's too bad that they would jeopardize their reputation for $150. More

Always Excellent Again John had me set up for early service as I drive in from Michigan. As John was out on training, Ryan and Lindsey were there to meet me and had a Again John had me set up for early service as I drive in from Michigan. I cant say enough about the quality of service and the positive interaction with everyone. I split time between Texas and Michigan each year. I try to time my service needs so I can to them at Rizzo as I find the service exceptional and I appreciate that. More
