A very good experience I had been looking for a 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera for a while, and after a very bad experience at a Porsche Dealership in Rockville, MD, I found a car I had been looking for a 2006 Porsche 911 Carrera for a while, and after a very bad experience at a Porsche Dealership in Rockville, MD, I found a car I liked on cars.com at this Dealership. I sent Chris an email and got a quick answer from him. It was a no hassle, no pushing conversation and the only wanted $1,000 down to hold the car till I could fly in and close the deal. The paperwork was done in 10 minutes, as they had received the neccasary information prior to my arrival. I flew in to Midway Airport and was picked up by Nord, a very pleasant gentleman, and the 911 was parked inside overnight and completely detailed and waxed. A fresh oil change and ready to go. After about a mile down the road, the engine started to misfire and the engine light came up, so I had to return to the dealership immediately, as I had an 800 mile drive home. Chris instantly took care of my problem and handed me over to Bob, the service manager. The car was quickly diagnosed with 2 faulty coils and they replaced all 6 and put six new spark plugs in AT NO CHARGE. While I was waiting, they offered to have lunch orderd or to let me have a new Porsche to go get lunch myself. The repair was a priority to them and the car was ready to go again after only an hour and a half. The trip home was amazing and the car was perfect. More
