The only issue is that I presented an email coupon for a $50 discount on an oil change and was told that you have to purchase another service in order to get the discount on the oil change. The cost would b $50 discount on an oil change and was told that you have to purchase another service in order to get the discount on the oil change. The cost would be $400. That left a bad taste. However, My service rep did give a lesser discount within his authority after my complaint. Chris is very accommodating and my car’s appearance when returned is great. The wheels are cleaned along with the interior. Best car wash. More

World Class Experience for Porsche Lovers I was referred to Rizza's dealership after I had been to another Porsche dealership. The moment I walked in, I was treated with respect, transparency, I was referred to Rizza's dealership after I had been to another Porsche dealership. The moment I walked in, I was treated with respect, transparency, honesty and care. I worked with Tony Rizza who was extremely patient, kind and professional as he helped build a beautiful driving machine. I was looking at the 2019 Porsches and to my surprise, Tony advised me to wait a few weeks so I can test drive the 2020 car. I had mentioned earlier that I was at another dealership and they declined that I test drive the 2019, asking me to drive the 2017 saying that "it was the same thing". Little did I know (and only because Tony advised me) that for the same price, I would be driving a much better and newly redesigned car. I returned a few weeks later and test drove the 2020 and fell in love with it. Tony then helped me build a brand new 911 Carrera 4S to my liking. He advised on color, interior, wheels, and more, all with gentle advice, and totally respecting my wishes, yet making great recommendations. He also helped me get an amazing warranty and maintenance plan. It took about 3 to 4 visits, and throughout, he was very kind, patient and understanding. I finally got the car that I wanted built. Just yesterday, I went to pick it up after months of waiting. I didn't have a ride to the dealership, Tony sent me an Uber. When I arrived, they took me to see the car, and boy I was treated like royalty! They surprised me with a nice cover and they unveiled it. I was stunned. Adam Stratton sat patiently with me for more than one hour and explained every detail of the car. He followed up with me with a text this morning. Adam is one of the most professional car experts I have ever worked with. I left with very high spirits, great happiness and an experience second to none. Throughout this process, not once was Tony or any other person I worked with pushy, intimidating or rude. They were kind, patient and very professional. I have already recommended them to many friends and will continue to do so. If you are looking for a Porsche, that is the place to buy it from. Truly a world-class experience. Make sure you ask for Tony and Adam. More

Excellent! Service on my 2019 Cayenne was a “10” from the time of contact with my service advisor Chris to the delivery of my vehicle upon service completion. Al Service on my 2019 Cayenne was a “10” from the time of contact with my service advisor Chris to the delivery of my vehicle upon service completion. All service items were outlined and discussed prior to service and reviewed for completion upon delivery.
