sales person Ortiz not good I got a NEW car with 10 miles. A warning light comes when I go home and the sale rep says keep driving it. He assures me that it will go away 100%. After 3 days of this the car was taken back and in the body shop for a week to fix. The sale representative informs that I have no choice and I cannot return the 100K car I got. He has no clue. He did not show any details about the car when I got. He told me the gas tank was full I drove 250 miles and the tank is empty (full tank is good for 470 miles). This guy is not worth trusting for a second. He never returns calls until I texted him multiple times. This guy is ORtiz. Maen the GM was trying to help and trying to be of assistance but is always in a hurry. provided an opportunity for him to call and find out if my car matters are resolved..NOT A WORD from this place. This must be the culture of this entire store. The car was taken to the service department to fix the warning light and I told them the other matters that need fixing..not done. Terribly follow-up. I had to call them everyday to figure out what the next steps..their answer to me is you have a loaner car..When they fixed and returned it they did not even wash the car. What a terrible practice. More
