Blown tire chipped rim!!! Had a blown tire and chipped my rim, on my way to my son piano lesson. Called Porsche RA and they assisted quick! They ask me where do I want to take it and I said please take it to MY Porsche dealership of Orland Park. Ok no problem they said. Truck show up in 30 mins. They were so fast make jimmy John fast looks slow. Called up my dealership and I ask for John as always but Was busy assisting someone else so I said ok Chris maybe you can help me out. It was late and the service department was getting ready to close. Chris was professional and quickly assisted me to have the vehicle drop off. Called me the next day and told me tire on order and rim being repair soon. You can cheat on your girlfriend but not this dealership. Bought here and service here will not go no where unless I get treated hat way! Bottom line best Porsche dealership in Chicago land! my home team at Orland Porsche always have liked the group at rizza porsche now w/ new facility more than ever. will be scheduling service soon and am concerned about ongoing issue always have liked the group at rizza porsche now w/ new facility more than ever. will be scheduling service soon and am concerned about ongoing issue w/ my start / stop technology, . it has malfunctioned from day one of ownership [ have made it known to service] and continues to malfunction to this day. the other day it worked fine on a morning drive [ first time ever] next day was back to its old tricks. i am well aware of parameters needed to be met for this feature to function but i believe i have a faulty unit or perhaps this issue is endemic to all macans. this is a disappointment to me as i have a world of respect for porsche engineering but feel porsche has dropped the ball on this. as you know gas mileage is none to good on this vehicle and not having this feature makes it that much worse. hoping the dealership can finally resolve this little problem to our satisfaction. regards michael cullen More
