During this pandemic that we are all dealing with as a society, you would figure a car dealership would be short staffed and not have enough resources to support their sales activity and customer service requests. Needless to say they exceeded all of my expectations. Every question I posed from pricing to features just to confirm I was selecting the right make and model was at the top of their priority list day in and day out. Every email was responded to within 15 minutes and all of my needs were taken into consideration making sure I was a satisfied customer. They know their product as well as anyone and treated me like I was their most important and favorite customer. Coming from a Maserati Levante was a difficult decision yet Kevin, Tiffany, Michael and the entire Porsche of Princeton team made certain my decision wether to stay Italian or go German was addressed. They were very focused on helping me make the right decision both financially and from a driving experience perspective. The Macan S is an amazing piece of technology and truly THE ultimate driving experience. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to Porsche of Princeton and no doubt I will be their customer for a very long time. Michael made certain I did not leave the dealership until I knew everything about the Porsche Macan...and I left with a PhD for sure. More
