Great experience! Had a problem with my window, Gene took care of sorting out the warranty part if it for me - made sure it was fixed extremely quickly & all of the staff were very friendly & helpful! In the 4 years I have been a customer, I have always received professional and corteous service. Although I have a base Cayenne, I was made to feel as if I had bought their newest 911. Competent and acc received professional and corteous service. Although I have a base Cayenne, I was made to feel as if I had bought their newest 911. Competent and accommodating, their prices were reasonable and have kept the car in excellent condition. I can't ever remember having to wait for a service technician, like I've had to when I owned a BMW or Mercedes. Attention was always immediate and personal. I highly reccommend their service and I expect to be returning this winter to purchase my next car. More

I gave my car in for service, oil change, brakes detailing etc. It has been 3 days and they are still not done, and i have to point out what they have not done. Their prices are very high and the se detailing etc. It has been 3 days and they are still not done, and i have to point out what they have not done.
